Ravvigiolo is the typical cheese of our activity. It is made with cow’s milk and has obtained the Slow Food garrison. This values, protect and guarantees the extraordinary quality of our product. Ravvigiolo is made only with cow’s milk; it is butter, delicate ,it has a white kneaded, and it is good with sweet and salty.

Oil and cold cuts are typical food of Rio Monte too.

At Rio Monte is practiced also the search of white truffle.
