Rio Monte was founded in 2005 as a family-run company, with the aim of integrating normal agricultural activity with a quality agritourism offering. The property includes the main house – owned by the owners – and a lovely and characteristic depandance completely restructured reserved for guests.
The complex is located between the green Tuscan hills, a few kilometers from the center of Modigliana, the historic town of ‘Tuscan Romagna’ and the main center of the Tramazzo valley. The property includes 15 hectares of land where local farm holiday is found, such as vineyards, fruit plants, fodder and cereals, including the precious wheats Gentil Rosso and Senatore Cappelli.
